Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Workspaces

A workspace belongs to the person or organization that created it. Workspace owners and admins decide who can join, what roles members have, and which agents and connectors are added. If you create a workspace for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Agents and their actions

Crucible lets you add AI agents to a workspace and give them access to tools, inboxes and connected services. Agents act on your instructions and within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the agents you add, the access you give them, and the actions they take, including messages they send and changes they make in connected services. Use the decision inbox and permissions to require human approval for anything sensitive.

4. Third-party connectors

You can connect services such as GitLab and GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the scopes you approve. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs.

5. Credentials

If you store credentials in Crucible, we keep them encrypted and only make them available to the agents and connectors you choose. Only store credentials you are allowed to share, and revoke them in the source service if you believe they have been exposed.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your agents put into the Service. You give us a limited license to host, process and display that content only to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service, or let your agents use it, to:

• break any law or violate anyone's rights;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break anti-spam laws;
• access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• distribute malware or interfere with the Service or other users;
• harass, deceive or harm others, or impersonate a person without disclosure;
• get around usage limits, security controls or workspace boundaries.

We may suspend accounts, workspaces or agents that break these rules.

8. AI output

Agents can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. AI output is provided as is. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, security or other important decisions. You are responsible for how you use it.

9. Fees

Crucible is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge applies, and paid features will be subject to the pricing shown at the time.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eight Zero Seven LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from actions taken by agents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Eight Zero Seven LLC against claims arising from your content, your agents' actions, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
